Brooks Brothers Clothing Company developed this video using cute white-face lambs. The lambs are wearing Brooks Brothers fine wool cashmere sweaters and scarves. They were taught to sing "Jingle Bells".

Punkin - an Icelandic Sheep (wether) and his friend Rock - a Portuguese Water Dog video. Seems like sheep has turned the tables on herding. Rock is a farm dog and gets clipped in the spring when the sheep are sheared.

On Friday, May 6, 2011, six shearers from across the United States converged on a farm in Virginia to set a U.S. record for blade shearing sheep. The result: 400 ewes were sheared in 402 minutes (6 hours 42 minutes). Each shearer did one sheep every 6 minutes - shearing by hand.

The Frederick County Sheep Breeders presented Rose Woodsmall and Rick Bontz the 2010 Shepherd of the Year Award at the Annual Dinner on Novermber 4, 2010.
