We sell USDA-inspected frozen lamb directly from the farm — whole, half, or individual cuts. Our lambs are ready for market at about 8 months of age.
We prefer fall lambing because the lambs grow better in the cold weather and parasites are not as much of an issue.
While the White Dorpers do not grow enough wool to require shearing, the lamb pelts are beautiful and super-soft. We have tanned sheepskin pelts.
